Placing an order
See something you like? It's easy to order! If the
specifications on the product page suit you, click the 'add to bag'
button and either continue shopping or checkout. Some pieces
have customization options right on the product page. Select
your choices and click 'add to bag.'
We use PayPal as our payment processor. It's secure and never easier!
You do not need an account with PayPal to checkout. Just follow
the steps and enter the required information. PayPal provides
you with the following payment options:

Payment by personal check will be accepted but please note your order
will not be processed until payment is received and the check clears.
Should the check be returned, a $25.00 fee will be assessed.

Colors:
Some designs may be custom ordered in a particular color. This
option is marked on the product page for the jewelry piece. Colors
listed on the drop down menu are colors currently in-stock and available.
If you would like a color not listed on the menu, please email us with
your request and we will try our best to grant your wish!
If the piece you would like to customize is made of
semi-precious stones, a list of stones matching the color of your
choice will be provided to you. If the stone is of equal value,
there will be no additional charge. If the stone you choose is of
greater value, a price adjustment will be made.
Color Disclaimer:
Every effort is made to display colors accurately. Please
keep in mind that due to variations in monitor settings, 3 Wishes does
not guarantee that the color you see on your screen 100% accurate.
Materials:
Have a love for a certain stone? Love a piece but wish
it included it? Email us with your inquiry and we will check its
availability.
Many people are allergic to certain types of metals. The most
common jewelry allergy is a reaction to nickel present in
silver-plated or gold-plated components. Many times these people
can wear sterling silver and not suffer a reaction to it. Yet
there are some people who have an even higher sensitivity to
other metals (such as silver or gold-filled) and can only wear 14k
gold. If you suffer from such allergies don't fret! We
will gladly go over what can be done to accommodate your needs.

Sizing
If you would like to order an item and have it custom sized,
please indicate your size during checkout in the 'optional
information' field.
Commissions/Special Requests
We welcome commissions and special requests! A commission or special
request is a jewelry design created entirely through collaborations with
you. Once a design is decided upon, an estimate will be provided to you
and a 50% deposit will be required prior to commencement of work. Sales
on commissions and special requests are final as they usually cannot be resold.

Materials
3 Wishes Jewelry uses the best materials available for the creation of
designs. All crystals used are authentic Swarovski crystal,
unparalleled in quality and sparkle. Semi-precious stones and
freshwater pearls are inspected for quality and beauty. We use a
variety of metals including: sterling silver, gold-filled, 14k gold,
vermeil (gold plated sterling silver), copper, Thai silver (.999 pure
silver), Bali silver and artisan wire.
Resizing
If your jewelry piece is too small or too large, please email us and
let us know of the problem. Please return the piece with a copy
of your invoice and the required size in writing within 15 days of
purchase for resizing. If returned within 15 days of receipt, no
additional fees will be assessed and shipping charges will be waived.
Your piece will be mailed through USPS Priority Mail and will take 3-7
business days for arrival. After 15 days, a $5 fee for bracelets
and $10 fee for necklaces plus shipping charges will apply.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 7% will only be applied to orders shipped to the state
of Florida.
Shipping
All pieces are handcrafted and made to order. For this reason,
please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and an additional
1-5 days for the item(s) to be shipped. Large orders may require
2-3 weeks before they are shipped. If you require your item(s)
sooner, please notify us via email and we will try to accommodate your
timeframe. If we cannot fulfill your request, you will be
notified immediately.
We use USPS for all domestic shipping. Charges are based on the
weight of your package.
Please contact us for international shipping rates.
Returns
We want you to love the piece you buy. We work hard to provide you with
the quality and satisfaction you deserve. If the item you receive has a
defect, it may be returned and we will work to resolve the problem through
repair or refund. Returns must be made according to our return policy.

Communication
must be made with 3 Wishes Jewelry within 7 days of receipt of
item. A Repair/Return Authorization will be granted provided
that we have been informed of your intentions within the 7 days.

be shipped to us within 15 days of receipt of item. Refunds
will not be granted past this date. |

we cannot refund shipping charges. |
Please do not return an item without obtaining prior authorization.
We recommend that you insure any package sent to us as we will not be
responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
Earrings may be returned but due to hygienic reasons, a 5% fee
for sterling silver and 10% fee for gold-filled ear posts/wires will
be applied. This is due to the fact that earring posts/wires are
not reused or resold after they have been worn. If your purchase
included ear posts/wires of 14kt gold, please inquire about this
fee as it will change according to the market price of gold. Any
repairs to the earrings will be made using the same
earring posts/wires and you will not be charged for this specific
material.
Privacy Policy
Who doesn't hate spam? We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of
our customers. We will not give, sell or trade any of your
personal information to any third party unless required to do so by a
court of law.
Newsletter
Our newsletter is published and distributed quarterly to persons who
have provided their name and email address requesting to be added to
our mailing list. The newsletter contains promotional and
educational material. Occasionally, we may email our customers
informing them about special promotions and discounts pertaining only
to 3 Wishes Jewelry.
Warning
Small children should not be left unsupervised while wearing jewelry.
3 Wishes uses the best materials available for our designs but no
piece of jewelry can ever be guaranteed not to break, especially when
precious metal is used which is by nature softer than base metals.
These broken pieces or loose beads may present a choking hazard to an
unsupervised child. |
