0-6 months: 4 inches

6-12 months: 4.5 inches

1 yr - 2 yrs: 5.25 inches

2 yrs - 4 yrs: 5.5 inches

4 yrs - 6 yrs: 6 inches

6+ yrs: 6.25 inches
